Thanks for booking/thinking about booking with me for a treatment.  Please find my Client Care document below, which details my Terms of Service.

 

New Clients – Booking Deposit

 

All new clients are asked to make an appointment via my online booking system and pay for the booking in full.  Alternatively, you can pay a deposit of £30, which is deducted from the balance of the treatment and you can settle the balance in person on the day of your treatment (I accept card payments).

 

Registration

 

Each new client is asked to complete a client care registration form on arrival.  This is mandatory for treatment insurance purposes and allows me to keep a record of your treatment and any contraindications, allergies, or specific health concerns or ailments that I need to be aware of.

 

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your appointment and you provide at least 24-hours notice I will offer you a new appointment at a later date.

 

If you provide less than 24-hours notice then 50% of any service fees or 100% of deposit paid is payable as a cancellation charge (whichever is greater).

Rescheduling Appointments

​

Please note you can only reschedule an appointment once.  If you are unable to attend a rescheduled appointment and you provide more than 24 hours notice, 100% of any deposit paid (£30) is chargeable.  Any fees paid above that figure can be refunded to you, or used against the cost of future bookings. 

 

If you provide less than 24 hours notice, 100% of any fees paid are chargeable.

 

No Shows

 

If you book an appointment and fail to attend without providing at least 24 hours notice, 100% of any deposit, or treatment fees paid are charged as a ‘no show’ fee.

 

Lateness

By making an appointment for a treatment, you are reserving a specific time and it is your responsibility to arrive on time.  If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, it may not be possible to proceed with your treatment if there is another client booked immediately after you.

 

If you are late and I am unable to proceed with your treatment, a latecomer’s fee of £30 is payable and you will be asked to reschedule a new appointment.  Any balance paid above £30 will be carried forward to your rescheduled appointment.   Please be punctual and inform in me in plenty of time if you are going to be late.

Walk-ins

 

I am unable to accept walk-ins because I may be otherwise booked and I do not have waiting area. Please use the online booking system to make an appointment. 

 

Public Transport

 

The nearest underground stations are Finsbury Park and Archway.  The nearest overground stations are Crouch Hill and Upper Holloway.  Bus routes 91, 210, W3, W7 all pass nearby.  Citymapper is great for route planning.

 

Parking

 

Please note that the small car park on site and parking on the main street is for residents of the building.  There is street parking for Islington Council permit holders only (Zones IS-J) which restricts parking during the hours of Mon-Sat 8.30am-6.30pm.  There is some nearby pay-and-display parking

Pre-visit Advice

 

Please make sure that have you freshly showered ahead of your appointment, particularly if you are having the intimate areas waxed.  It is very important to minimise the risk of any infection that your intimate areas are clean before waxing can take place.

 

Treatment Times

 

Please note that the times stated on my online booking system for waxing and trimming are estimated times with an added buffer to allow me to stay on schedule.  It may be that I am able to finish your treatment more quickly.  It will depend on the area I am treating and how much hair you have.
