Registration
 

Every client is required to complete a client care registration form before their first treatment. This is required for treatment and insurance purposes and allows me to record relevant information, including any contraindications, allergies, health concerns or other matters that may affect your treatment.
 

Rescheduling
 

If you need to change your appointment, you may reschedule it once, provided you give at least 48 hours’ notice.
 

You must select and confirm your replacement appointment at the time you request the change. Any amount already paid will be transferred to the replacement appointment. A refund will not be provided where you choose to reschedule.
 

Once an appointment has been rescheduled, it cannot be rescheduled again. If you subsequently cancel the replacement appointment or do not attend it, the full amount already paid will be retained and no refund will be due.
 

Cancellations and Refunds
 

If you cancel your appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice, £30 of the amount paid will be retained as a cancellation charge. Any amount paid above £30 will be refunded.
 

If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, the full amount paid will be retained and no refund will be due.
 

If you would prefer to reschedule rather than cancel, you may do so once in accordance with the Rescheduling Policy above.
 

No Shows
 

If you fail to attend your appointment without providing notice, the full amount paid will be retained and no refund will be due.
 

Lateness
 

By making an appointment, you are reserving a specific period of time for your treatment and it is your responsibility to arrive on time.
 

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, it may not be possible to proceed with your treatment, particularly where another client is booked immediately afterwards.
 

If your treatment cannot proceed because you are more than 10 minutes late, a £30 latecomer’s charge will apply. Any amount already paid above £30 will be transferred to a replacement appointment.
 

Please be punctual and let me know as soon as possible if you expect to be late.

Walk-ins
 

I am unable to accept walk-ins because I may otherwise be booked and there is no waiting area. Please use the online booking system to make an appointment.
 

Pre-visit Advice
 

Please make sure you have freshly showered before your appointment, particularly if you are having intimate areas waxed. It is important that these areas are clean before treatment to minimise the risk of infection.
 

Treatment Times
 

Treatment times shown on the online booking system are estimates and include a buffer to help appointments remain on schedule.
 

Your treatment may therefore be completed more quickly than the time shown. The actual treatment time will depend on the treatment being provided and your individual requirements.
 

Acceptance of These Terms
 

By making and paying for an appointment, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Booking Terms & Conditions, including the cancellation, rescheduling, no-show and lateness provisions above.
 

These terms form part of your booking with Wax & Massage.

Walk-ins

Public Transport

 

The nearest underground stations are Finsbury Park and Archway.  The nearest overground stations are Crouch Hill and Upper Holloway.  Bus routes 91, 210, W3, W7 all pass nearby.  Citymapper is great for route planning.

 

Parking

 

Please note that the small car park on site and parking on the main street is for residents of the building.  There is street parking for Islington Council permit holders only (Zones IS-J) which restricts parking during the hours of Mon-Sat 8.30am-6.30pm.  There is some nearby pay-and-display parking which you can book via the RingGo app  (location 61801 – or you can pay by phone 020 7125 0039)
